Southern Mortgage Company of Arkansas was incorporated in the state of Arkansas in 1996.  At that time we opened our first branch in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Within the next year we had expanded to several other areas of Arkansas and also became licensed in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.  At this time, more than seventy-five percent or our business is done as a Correspondent Lender.  We are also approved with more than thirty Brokers throughout the United States.
